RASAC delivers the Community Development Program which is a Commonwealth Government initiative funded by the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. CDP provides remote employment and community development services to communities and homelands across the APY Lands.
Warka Wiru CDP-ku supports participants in these remote communities to build skills, address barriers and provide opportunities for community development through a range of tailored activities and projects.
Under Warka Wiru CDP-ku, job seekers with activity requirements are expected to do up to 25 hours per week of work-like activities that benefit their community. RASAC are committed to providing meaningful work-like activities that make a positive contribution to communities, and support jobseekers in becoming skilled and work ready.

Municipal Services (MUNS) teams are located throughout The Lands and undertake council-type services which are critical to maintaining local communities.
The MUNS provided by RASAC comes under a service level agreement to the Commonwealth Government.

Homeland services provide essential services to occupied, semi-occupied and unoccupied homelands on the APY Lands. These services include:
RASAC maintains areas around the water and power infrastructure and external house boundaries but not inside house yards or the houses themselves.
