Municipal Services (MUNS) teams are located throughout The Lands and undertake council-type services which are critical to maintaining local communities.

The MUNS provided by RASAC comes under a service level agreement to the Commonwealth Government.

The MUNS services provided include:

• Waste disposal
• Community Internal Roads Maintenance
• Landscaping Maintenance
• Public Space Maintenance
• Rubbish Tip Maintenance
• Sporting Facilities Maintenance
• Weed and Fire Hazard Control Maintenance
• Vehicle Removal
• Waste Management Awareness
• Aerodromes Maintenance

RASAC maintains most public areas but not inside house yards or the houses themselves.
